Some people might call me a tad "obsessed." I call myself a fan. A huge, huge fan of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer." I knew I had a connection to Trent on Pink Is the New Blog... but I understand now. I was looking at what he called his "best of" list and I zoned right in on his top 15 Buffy episodes. Now, I know that many of you out there think the show is stupid. I mean, listen to the title. But I swear it is the best show of all time. I will stand by that till my dying day, and I watch a lot of TV. I admit that I was also a skeptic at first. I saw that movie with Luke Perry in the 90s. DUMB. So when people whose taste I trusted swore by the show, I decided to give it a shot. But not without making fun of it the first 4 times I watched it or so. Then, it happened. I started to like it. Then I loved it. Then I found myself answering trivia questions online and knowing the names (SOMETIMES episode numbers) of all the episodes. Yes, I'm obsessed. And I don't care. Humor me, look at Trent's list. So many people can't be wrong... an Amazon search turned up 460 books alone on Buffy. Philosophy books, underground culture books... I could go on and on. But I won't- just humor me and check out a couple of the links. The Philosophy of Buffy
Wikipedia entries- good stuff.

If you have not watched at least 4 episodes... negative comments are not welcome. :)

I'm with Kristen.
I haven't watched a Buffy episode in forever....That's going to have to end tonight, though. Do you agree with the top 15? I'm disappointed he didn't list Something in Blue and/or Tabula Rasas...two really funny/good episodes
I forgot about "Something Blue." What a great episode (Xander being a demon magnet) and Buffy and Spike falling in love. Hmmm... Foreshadowing, much?
"Tabula Rasa" is one of my favorite episodes. If I'm not mistaken, it's one of the first one (maybe THE first one) where you, me, and Chandle got together to watch it. We were in your dorm. Funny how I remember that. It's cause I thought you were so cute. :)
I liked his list for the most part. But what about the prom episode?? And the homecoming one where Buff and Cordie run around in the woods and are hunted? The prom episode gets me EVERY time.
Ok... stopping now.
I have never seen one episode. So uncultured, I am.
I LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE BUFFY. Favorite episode is the finally to season 2. I always cry when Buffy puts on her sad pants and gets on a bus and leaves Sunnydale.
