I'm pretty happy today, I must say. Today is the 7th graders' first experience of one of the best school videos ever made... "Sweet 15" about a Mexican-American girl's quinceanera. Oh my gosh, I love it. I watched it in high school, and I bought it to share with the children of today. It is mullet-riffic. Check out the beauty of it all. He's an older boy from the "wrong side of the tracks" from Puerto Rico who can dance. Dreamy. They're being absolutely silent. It's fabuloso.
